This is industrial 3D model Double rotor hammer mill 2m wide Heavy duty hammer mills are widely used in the industries of cement, ceramics, glass, artificial sand and gravel, coal, non-metallic mining and new green building materials industries. Large pieces of material enter the grinding chamber and are stacked on the machine’s special middle rack. The hammer head runs into the gap of the middle support, continuously crushing large pieces of material and falling down. The small pieces that fall will pass through the high-speed rotating hammer, the hammer head is further beaten and broken into small pieces, finally integrated evenly through the curved grate and then discharged. Driven by the motor, the rotor disc drives the hammer head to perform high-speed circular motion. When the material enters the crushing chamber, large pieces of material are piled up on a special middle stretcher in the machine. After crushing, material with a grain size larger than the required size will join with the new material. The tangential direction of the hammer head hits the impact plate for re-crushing, so that coarse and medium grinding can be achieved in one step , finally the material meets the requirements. The requirements are evenly integrated and qualified by the recording plate and then discharged. Industrial use: Equipment Design software: SolidWorks Version/Edit:SolidWorks 2020 File format:Sldprt Sldasm
