Hire talent full time

Sometimes, clients and freelancers who have met through Machine-World platform wish to work together directly outside of Machine-World. We provide the option to do this with a one-time payment of the Machine-World Conversion Fee. We call this process “contract conversion”. The Machine-World Conversion Fee is 2000 usd for each Freelancer.

How to convert your contract

You send us an email with the subject “Hire talent full time”, including information about the Freelancer you want to hire. We will contact the Freelancer, if the Freelancer agrees, we will notify you, and after you pay, you and freelancers have an opportunity to leave feedback.
