This is industrial 3D model LCD screen assembly line The project is mainly used for 8.5 generation high LCD production line. The liquid crystal glass is put into the box, and the liquid crystal glass box is contained in a piece of glass and a sponge. Linear motors are used as moving actuators to improve efficiency. This mechanism has its own automatic unloading mechanism and CCD centering mechanism. A liquid crystal glass box is transported to the specified location and two controller installation stations are placed on the linear motor. One device is responsible for absorbing the sponge and placing it into another BOX, and the other device is responsible for absorbing the glass plate into the positioning platform. When a liquid crystal glass canister is absorbed, the empty canister is automatically discharged to the stacking mechanism for automatic stacking. The centering step is completed by the CCD centering mechanism, and the single axis manipulator is transported to the specified position. Switch from the PHASE processing controller to the next station.
